The best part of home is who we get to share it with.

WHERE OUR HEARTS ARE

An old colonial chapel is transformed into a home; it only gets warmer with heart and spirit poured into every aspect of our space. Carefully preserved, thoughtfully designed—Claudine is a space for all to belong.

Designed by Nice Projects

Inspired by the vernacular of the quintessential French brasserie, Singapore-born Sacha Leong and Simone McEwan of Nice Projects have reimagined Claudine as a lively and inviting space.

A distinctive palette that nods to our French heritage, a concept that mirrors our cuisine—authentic and accessible, with a touch of local. A safe space for a date, a leisurely lunch, perhaps an evening of revelry.

MAIN DINING HALL

Look up—a 15 metre-long paper lamp, custom-made by Spanish lighting designers Santa & Cole, spans the length of our Dining Room. Watch life unfold under our roof on plush banquettes, dressed in sage green velvet from Paris fabric house Lelièvre—in a space that invites conversation, both loud and intimate.

BAR AND LOUNGE

A tall, brass bar is sheltered by the chapel’s original stained glass window—a beautiful backdrop to a hive of activity. Leather armchairs by Finnish manufacturers Adea fashion the perfect recline for pre-dinner réjouissance; high-backed chairs carve out intimate corners for spirited couples. The Bar & Lounge area provides the pulse of Claudine’s joie de vivre.

To every bird, its own nest is most beautiful.

Glass panels composed of pressed locally sourced, wild grasses line the perimeters of our home—this, we call Singapore Pastoral. With concept and direction from Nice Projects, botanical design studio This Humid House bridges the foliage of Dempsey Hill with the flora of Cantal.

LA PETITE TERRACE

Let the day end with a sparkle.

Celebrate even life’s smallest moments of joy at our guinguette-style al fresco terrace,
over a selection of savoury treats and refreshing beverages served by our iconic red truck—
designed by Auvergne’s artisan, Lionel Rathgeber.

A perfect “petit apéro” (the beautiful moment when we can finally forget about work and
treat ourselves to a well deserved cocktail).
